Carrot Peanut Loaf
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated carrot||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped raw peanuts/Lightly roasted peanuts||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
1)Preheat the oven to 350 Deg F.
2) In a pan, saute the onion in the butter; stir in the carrot and cook, covered, for 5 min.
3) Remove from the heat, stir in the other ingredients and mix well.
4) Place in the oiled loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 min.
5) Slice and serve on a nice dish.
