Savory Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), buttered
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salmon 1 Pound, flaked
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, finley chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine ingredients in order given.
2. Pack firmly into buttered loaf pan and bake in moderate oven (350°F.) 30 to 40 minutes.
3. Turn out onto platter and garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs and sliced pickles.
