Pignoli Nut Loaf

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground pignolia nuts/Peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Dehydrated onion soup 1 Teaspoon
  Grated carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°.
2) In a bowl add beaten egg and milk.
3) Add other ingredients and combine thoroughly.

MAKING
4) Use an oiled casserole to pour the mixture.
5) Place inside oven and bake for an hour.

SERVING
6) Serve the loaf with your choice of side dish.
