Ingredients
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped hazelnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated orange peel 2 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 , diced (peeled)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Soda bicarbonate 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Add hot water to honey and stir in butter till melted, over a pot of water, if necessary.
Add raisins (or currants) and diced orange seg- ments.
Add Bi-carb.
to this and then mix in the sifted dry ingredients.
Bake at 350° for about an hour, after folding in grated peel and nuts.
