This date loaf is an extremely healthy and satisfying meal to compliment breakfast. Quick and easy to make, relish the goodness of date within!
|Dates||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Pour boiling water over dates, butter and soda.
Allow to cool.
Then add sugar and flour.
Bake in greased bread tin at 350° F for about 1 hour.
