Ingredients
  Crunchy peanut butter 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cooked beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), lightly mashed (Choose As U Like)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Wheat germ/Bran 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Wheat bread crumbs 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Soft Ones)
  American cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Fresh parsley 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Eggs 4 , well beaten
  Tomato sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs), heated
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce; mix well.
Turn into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Unmold on serving platter; serve with heated tomato sauce.
