Soybean Loaf

Ingredients
  Cooked soybeans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, minced
  Oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mince soybeans with a fine cutter.
Cook together the tomatoes, thyme, bay leaf.
onion, sugar and seasoning until reduced by half, then rub through a sieve.
Stir in the flour and oil, and add to the beans.
Put into cans, cover with tight-fitting lid, and boil or steam for 3 hours.
