COTTAGE CHEESE LOAF SALAD

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Chopped vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), well beaten
Directions

Put in pan lined with wax paper and chill.
Serve sliced on beds of crisp: Green lettuce leaves.
Garnish with: Tomato slices Watercress Ripe olives
