Ingredients
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery 1 Tablespoon
  Brown crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seasoning oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon
  Herbs To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs), for binding
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

MAKING
2. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté celery.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

FINALISING
4. Into a loaf tin, pack the mixture and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

SERVING
5. Slice and serve with your favorite savory sauce.
