Ingredients
  Apples 2 , chopped
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Breadcrumbs 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Parsley 4 Tablespoon, chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Poultry seasoning 2 Tablespoon
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except parsley.
3. Add parsley and mix.

MAKING
4. In a loaf tin, place the mixture and bake in hot oven for 20-25 minutes until browned.

SERVING
5. Use the apple stuffing or loaf for stuffing peppers or tomatoes.
6. Cook before serving.
