|Caraway seeds||1 Tablespoon|
1)In a bowl combine all flours and mix well.
2)In another bowl add sugar, yeast, salt , and 1 1/2 cups flour and mix well.
3)In a skillet add cornmeal , butter, molasses, water, caraway seeds and cook this mixture for some time. Ensure that the butter melts completely.
4)Allow the mixture to cool at 120 F to 130 F.
5) When cooled combine this mixture with flour- yeast mixture and blend it well using electric mixer.
6) Add flour mixture to the liquid mixture in gradual steps till it forms moderately stiff dough . Blend the mixture well after adding the flour.
7) Place the dough on floured surface and knead it properly for about 10 minutes till it turns soft and elastic.
8)Shape the dough in small ball.
9)Place the dough balls on well-greased bowl and grease the top.
10)Cover the bowl and store them in warm place at 85 F.
11) Allow the dough to raise to its double volume and take it out after about an hour or two.
12) Use as required.
