Savory Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
  Buttered bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned salmon 1 Pound, flaked (1 Can)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine ingredients in order given.
Pack firmly into buttered loaf pan and bake in moderate oven (350°F.) 30 to 40 minutes.
Turn out onto platter and garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs and sliced pickles.
Serves 6.
