Harlequin Sandwich Loaf

Ingredients
  Ham horse radish filling 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley chive filling 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Liverwurst mushroom filling 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thin pimento strip 3
  Thin green pepper strips 3
  Day old white bread loaf 1 , unsliced (about 12 inches long)
  Radishes/Radish roses 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Day before:
1. Make the four fillings, refrigerating. Prepare pimento and green-pepper strips; refrigerate.
2. With sharp knife, cut all crusts from bread. Then lay loaf on side and cut it lengthwise into 4 slices, each 1/2 inch thick, using ruler as a guide in keeping slices straight.
3. Set bottom slice on large sheet of foil; spread with Ham-Horse-radish Filling in even layers; top with second bread slice. On it spread Parsley-Chive Filling; then spread this filling with Liverwurst-Mushroom Filling; top with third bread slice.
4. On third bread slice spread Curry-Egg Filling; on it, lengthwise, alternate 5 rows of pimento and green-pepper strips. Top with fourth bread slice, then gently press and pat loaf into shape. Wrap snuggly in saran or foil; refrigerate at once.
At serving time:
With sharp knife, cut loaf crosswise into 3/4-inch slices.
