Simple Fish Loaf

Ingredients
  Flaked cooked fish 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Medium white sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine fish, salt, beaten egg yolks, white sauce and beaten egg whites.
Pour into greased baking dish and bake in moderate oven (350°F.) 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
Bake in baking shells and top with buttered crumbs.
