Herb And Cheese Loaf

Ingredients
  Self raising wholemeal flour 170 Gram (1.75 Cup)
  Rolled oats 90 Gram (1 Cup)
  Unprocessed bran 45 Gram (1 Cup)
  Grated low fat cheese 60 Gram (1/2 Cup)
  Grated parmesan 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Low fat milk 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Safflower oil 4 Tablespoon
  Egg whites 3
Directions

1.In a bowl combine flour, rolled oats, bran, low fat and Parmesan cheeses, chives and parsley.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients.
Add milk and oil.
Mix to combine.
2.Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Lightly fold through dough.
3.Spoon into a 23 cm x 12 cm non-stick loaf pan.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
