Herb And Cheese Loaf
|Self raising wholemeal flour||170 Gram (1.75 Cup)|
|Rolled oats||90 Gram (1 Cup)|
|Unprocessed bran||45 Gram (1 Cup)|
|Grated low fat cheese||60 Gram (1/2 Cup)|
|Grated parmesan||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Low fat milk||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Safflower oil||4 Tablespoon|
1.In a bowl combine flour, rolled oats, bran, low fat and Parmesan cheeses, chives and parsley.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients.
Add milk and oil.
Mix to combine.
2.Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Lightly fold through dough.
3.Spoon into a 23 cm x 12 cm non-stick loaf pan.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
