Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Unsalted sunflower nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wheat germ 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Spread into 8 x 4-inch loaf dish.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 16 to 24 minutes, or until internal temperature in center registers 150°F, rotating dish once or twice.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
