Layered Lunch Loaf

Ingredients
  Rye bread loaf/Wholegrain cottage loaf 15 Ounce (450 Grams)
For mixed sprouts layer
  Tomato paste 2 Teaspoon (Or Puree)
  Low fat natural yogurt 4 Tablespoon
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Alfalfa sprouts 3 Ounce (90 Grams)
  Bean sprouts 2 Ounce (60 Grams)
  Snow pea sprouts/Watercress 3 Ounce (90 Grams)
For roast beef roast
  French mustard 3 Teaspoon
  Lean rare roast beef slices 4
  Lettuce leaves 4 (Of Your Choice)
  Red pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
For tomato salad layer
  Tomatoes 2 , sliced
  Gherkins 3 , sliced
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , sliced
Directions

1. Cut bread horizontally into four even layers.
2. For sprouts layer, place tomato paste (puree), yogurt and coriander in a bowl and mix to combine. Place alfalfa sprouts, bean sprouts and snow pea sprouts or watercress on bottom layer of bread. Top with yogurt mixture and second bread layer.
3. For beef layer, spread bread with mustard, then top with roast beef, lettuce and red pepper and third bread layer.
4. For salad layer, top bread with tomatoes, gherkins and cucumber and final bread layer.
