Carrot Soy Loaf
|Chopped onions||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy pulp/1 cup soy grits and 1 cup water simmered together for 8 minutes||2 Cup (32 tbs), simmered (Obtained From Preparation Of Soy Milk)|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Wheat germ||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crushed thyme||1 Teaspoon|
|Sweet basil||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients.
Pack into a buttered 9x5x3-inch loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until firm and nicely browned.
