Carrot Soy Loaf

Ingredients
  Chopped onions 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Grated carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soy pulp/1 cup soy grits and 1 cup water simmered together for 8 minutes 2 Cup (32 tbs), simmered (Obtained From Preparation Of Soy Milk)
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Wheat germ 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet basil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients.
Pack into a buttered 9x5x3-inch loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until firm and nicely browned.
