Oven Baked Spiced Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Stale bread slice 3 , crusts removed, soaked in a little milk (Use Homemade-Type)
  Milk 2 Fluid Ounce (For Soaking Bread)
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Grated nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Leek greens 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Ketjap manis 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated gouda cheese/Grated cheddar cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Dry bread crumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine the pork in a bowl with the bread, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, cumin, ginger, onion, leek and ketjap benteng manis, and mix it thoroughly with two forks.
Butter a 1-quart [1-liter] enameled cast-iron casserole.
Fill it with the spiced ground meat and press the meat down lightly with a fork.
Sprinkle the surface with the mixed cheese, bread crumbs and parsley.
Spread slivers of butter on the surface and bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375° F. [190° C] oven for the first 10 minutes.
Lower the temperature to 325° F. [160° C] and bake for 30 minutes longer, or until the meat loaf is done and nicely browned on top.
