Gourmet Veal Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground veal shoulder 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Grated raw carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Chopped mushrooms with liquid 4 Ounce, chopped (1 Can, 3 Or 4 Ounce)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
Directions

1. Combine veal, carrots, onion, mushrooms and liquid, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and sour cream in large bowl. Mix lightly with fork; spoon into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan; invert onto shallow pan; carefully remove loaf pan; score top of loaf lightly.
2. Bake in moderate oven (375°) 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until rich golden-brown on top.
