Prepare the hot roll mix according to package directions, adding raisins with the egg.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
Place in a greased 8 1/2 x 41/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Cover and let rise for 45 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
Bake in 375-degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
Combine the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Spread on loaf.
