Baked Meat Loaf Dumplings

Ingredients
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift the flour with the salt and reserve 1/3 cup of the flour mixture.
Cut the shortening into remaining flour.
Mix reserved flour mixture with water, then add to shortening mixture.
Mix and shape into ball, then divide in half.
Roll each half of the dough 1/2 inch thick and cut into 3 squares.
