Gourmet Oyster Loaf

Ingredients
  Sourdough loaf 1
  French bread 1
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oysters 2 Small, drained
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut a slice off top of loaf; scoop out inside, leaving a shell.
Mix 1/4 cup butter with garlic powder; rub inside of lid and shell with the garlic butter.
Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge oysters in flour mixture.
Fry in oil and 2 tablespoons butter until golden brown.
Place in buttered shell.
