Spiced Apple Loaf

Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Apple pie spice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Green tart apple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Measure the first six ingredients into a large bowl.
Beat the eggs in a smaller bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and stir until thoroughly blended.
Scrape into a greased 9 X 4-inch loaf pan and bake at 350F for about 1 hour.
