Sophisticated Salmon Patties Or Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
  Flaked cooked salmon 2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh)
  Smoked salmon 1⁄4 Pound, coarsely chopped
  Mashed potatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (2 medium size)
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill/1 teaspoon dried dill 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Light cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine fresh and smoked salmon, potatoes, onion, parsley, lemon juice, dill and pepper.
2. Combine egg and cream; stir into salmon mixture; mix well.
3. Divide into four portions and shape into burgers with hands.
4. In a large skillet, heat butter and add burgers; cook, turning once, for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
