Peanut Orange Loaf

Ingredients
  Pancake mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Plain)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Crunchy style peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Measure pancake mix and sugar into a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients beating well to smooth peanut butter with the mixture.
Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until blended.
Scrape into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350F for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cool and remove from pan.
Frost with orange glaze.
When cold wrap for 24 hours before slicing.
