Peanut Orange Loaf
|Pancake mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Plain)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Crunchy style peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Measure pancake mix and sugar into a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients beating well to smooth peanut butter with the mixture.
Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until blended.
Scrape into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350F for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cool and remove from pan.
Frost with orange glaze.
When cold wrap for 24 hours before slicing.
