Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
  Hard boiled egg 1 , sliced
  Salmon 8 Ounce, flaked (225 g, fresh or canned)
  Breadcrumbs 4 Ounce (100 g)
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon (100 g, knob)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Hot milk 4 Fluid Ounce (120 ml)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (to garnish)
Directions

Arrange the egg slices on the bottom of a greased 500 g/1 lb loaf tin.
Mix together the salmon, breadcrumbs, margarine, vinegar, milk, eggs, salt and pepper and press into the tin.
Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180 C/350F, Gas Mark 4) for 30 minutes.
Cool.
When cold, turn out of the tin and serve garnished with parsley.
