Meatless Protein Loaf

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Sharp cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Pound, shredded
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4 , well beaten
Directions

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into a well-oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
