Quick Raisin Loaf

Ingredients
  Hot roll mix 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioners icing 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare hot-roll mix according to package directions; add raisins along with the egg.
Cover and let rise in warm place till double (about 45 minutes).
Shape in loaf and place in greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Cover and let rise till dough is almost double (about 45 minutes).
Bake in moderate oven (375°) 45 to 50 minutes or till done.
Let cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool; frost with Confectioners' Icing.
Confectioners'' Icing: Combine 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons milk, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla; mix smooth.
