Glazed Ham Layer Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground cooked ham 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground veal shoulder 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Onion 1 Medium, grated
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Piquant fruit glaze 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Savory rice filling 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine ham, veal, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, mustard, salt, cloves and milk in large bowl.
2. Pack lightly into 2 eight-inch layer-cake pans; invert onto a large jelly-roll pan; lift off pans.
3. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 30 minutes; brush with Piquant Fruit Glaze, bake 20 minutes longer, basting 2 or 3 times or until done.
4. Place 1 layer, glazed-side down, on platter; cover with Savory Rice Filling; top with second layer, glazed-side up; garnish, if desired, with mandarin oranges and parsley.
