Tuna Loaf

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 13 Ounce (In Water, 2 Cans, 6 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Eggs 2
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh chopped parsley/1 tablespoon parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Round crackers 6 , crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Round crackers 4 , crushed
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Drain and flake tuna; add remaining ingredients and mix.
3. Pour into small loaf pan sprayed with vegetable pan spray.
4. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top of loaf; dot with margarine.
5. Bake for 1 hour. Cut into 4 slices.
