Birthday Celebration Loaf
|Unsliced whole wheat/White bread||16 Ounce|
|Hard-cooked eggs||6 , coarsely chopped|
|Bacon slices||8 , crisp-cooked and crumbled|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Creamy italian dressing||8 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
Trim top and bottom crusts from bread; cut into 4 horizontal slices.
In small bowl, combine eggs, bacon, relish, and 1/4 cup Wish-Bone Creamy Italian Dressing.
In another bowl, mash liverwurst with parsley and 1/3 cup Wish-Bone Creamy Italian Dressing.
Prepare sandwich as follows: On bottom bread slice, evenly spread half of egg salad mixture and top with bread slice; evenly spread liverwurst and top with bread slice; evenly spread remaining egg salad mixture and top with last bread slice.
Frost sides and top of sandwich loaf with cream cheese blended with remaining Wish-Bone Creamy Italian Dressing.
Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
Garnish, if desired, with paprika stripes and whole clove stars.
