Apple Oatmeal Loaf

Ingredients
  Milk/Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Hot roll mix 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced unpeeled apple 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oatmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 1-2 tsp milk Heat milk, water and butter until very warm.
Dissolve yeast from roll mix in milk mixture.
Stir in all ingredients except flour and mix well.
Stir in flour and blend.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
Stir down dough and spoon into a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise again.
Bake at 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
Remove from pan and glaze if desired.
