|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), chopped|
|Celery stalks||3 , chopped|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Wheat germ||4⁄5 Cup (12.8 tbs)|
|Yeast||3 Tablespoon (Brewers)|
|Cooked brown rice/Raw rolled oats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tamari||1 Tablespoon (Soy Sauce)|
|Chopped rosemary/1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped sage/1/4 teaspoon dried sage||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended. Turn into an oiled 9- by 5- by 3-inch loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.
