Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Celery stalks 3 , chopped
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Wheat germ 4⁄5 Cup (12.8 tbs)
  Yeast 3 Tablespoon (Brewers)
  Cooked brown rice/Raw rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tamari 1 Tablespoon (Soy Sauce)
  Chopped rosemary/1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped sage/1/4 teaspoon dried sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended. Turn into an oiled 9- by 5- by 3-inch loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.
