Sunflower Seed Loaf
|Sunflower seed kernels||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), ground in an electric blender or band grinder|
|Sesame seeds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), ground in an electric blender or moulinex grinder|
|Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked dried lentils||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated beets/Grated raw carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Raw)|
|Chopped onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Apple cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh sage/Crumbled dry sage||To Taste|
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Turn into an oiled 2-quart casserole or baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
