Sunflower Seed Loaf

Ingredients
  Sunflower seed kernels 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), ground in an electric blender or band grinder
  Sesame seeds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), ground in an electric blender or moulinex grinder
  Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked dried lentils 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated beets/Grated raw carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Raw)
  Chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped fresh sage/Crumbled dry sage To Taste
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Turn into an oiled 2-quart casserole or baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
