Cottage Cheese Blender Loaf

Ingredients
  Self rising flour/2 cups all-purpose flour sifted with 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Eggs 2
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soft margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Grease and line a small 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Sift the flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl and add the raisins and chopped celery.
Place the eggs, onion, cottage cheese and margarine in the goblet of a blender and switch on until all the ingredients are smoothly blended.
Stir the blended ingredients into the flour with the milk, and mix thoroughly to give a fairly stiff, dropping consistency.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake above the center of a moderately hot oven (375°F) for 40-45 minutes until well risen and golden brown.
Cool the loaf in the pan for 15 minutes before turning out onto a cake rack.
