Ingredients
  Self rising flour/1/2 cups all-purpose flour sifted with 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Corn syrup 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Golden Or Light)
  Molasses 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Orange marmalade 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Grease and line a small 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 x1 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl, make a well in the center and pour in the syrup, molasses and marmalade.
Add the raisins and half of the milk.
Stirto make a smooth mixture, gradually adding the remaining milk, and then spoon into the prepared pan.
Bake in the center of a cool oven (300°F) for about 1 1/4 hours until well risen and cooked through.
Turn the cooked loaf onto a cake rack to cool.
