Turkey Cranberry Loaf Wedges
|Cranberry orange sauce||12 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Ground turkey||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (From 3 Slices)|
|Lemon juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken instant bouillon/3 chicken flavor bouillon cubes||1 Tablespoon|
|Poultry seasoning||2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Reserve 1/2 cup cranberry-orange sauce In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Press into 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 50 minutes or until set.
Top with reserved cranberry-orange sauce.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Cut into wedges; garnish as desired.
