Tuna Loaf

Tuna loaf is a light and easy lunch or dinner loaf that is easily prepared in a little over half hour. Made with white canned tuna combined with eggs and breadcrumbs, the tuna loaf is flavored with a dash of lemon juice, bell peppers, onions and a dash of worcestershire sauce. baked till done, it can be served with a peppy sauce.
Ingredients
  Canned solid white tuna in spring water 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Light Evaporated)
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped green bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Transfer to 8 1/2 X4 1/2 inch glass loaf pan.
Bake at 350 °F 30 to 40 minutes or until firm.
May be served hot or cold or used as spread for sandwiches or crackers.
Garnish as desired.
