Ingredients
  Cream of rye 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup, Roman Meal)
  Chopped parsley/1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Finely chopped onion 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Skim milk 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Directions

Combine and bake in greased loaf pan at 350°F (180°C) for 35-40 minutes.
