|Canned salmon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
1. Remove the skin from the fish if desired; crush the soft bones and mix with the oil and flaked salmon.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Place in a greased loaf tin and dot with butter, and bake till firm and brown.
