Apple Spice Loaf

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2 , beaten
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Shredded peeled apple 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Finely shredded orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nonstick spray coating 1
Directions

In a small mixing bowl stir together flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder, and nutmeg.
In a large mixing bowl stir together egg whites, brown sugar, apple, oil, and orange peel.
Stir flour mixture into apple mixture just till combined.
Spray an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray coating.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or till a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool bread in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool thoroughly on a wire rack.
