Spinach Loaf

Ingredients
  Chopped uncooked spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Fresh Or Frozen)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Diced pasteurized process american cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Bacon drippings 2 Tablespoon
  Toasted bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Creole sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients except Creole Sauce; stir gently to mix.
Place in a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch glass loaf pan, and bake at 400° about 30 minutes.
The mixture will set and can be turned out to slice.
