Duck Loaf

Ingredients
  Minced cooked duck meat 6 Ounce
  Minced lean ham 6 Ounce
  White breadcrumbs 4 Ounce
  Finely chopped mushroom 2 Ounce
  Finely chopped onion 1
  Finely grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Blend together all the ingredients, except eggs and milk.
When thoroughly mixed, beat the eggs in the milk, season, and blend with the rest of the ingredients.
Put into a greased 2 lb loaf tin, pat flat, and bake in a slow to moderate oven for about an hour.
It will begin to come away from the sides of the tin when done.
Equally good hot or cold.
Try turkey meat done this way, but substitute lemon peel for orange.
A little celery salt helps, too.
