Venison Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground venison 2 Pound
  Pork sausage 2 Pound (Bulk)
  Onions 2 Medium, finely chopped
  Cracker crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , lightly beaten
  Barbecue sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place venison, sausage, onions, and crumbs in large bowl; mix well.
Add milk, eggs, 1 cup Barbecue Sauce, salt, and pepper; blend well.
Chill 15 minutes.
Shape into 2 loaves; place in large, greased baking pan.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven 30 minutes.
Spoon remaining Barbecue Sauce over loaves; bake 45 minutes.
