Try this version of amazingly delicious Zucchini Loaf. An effortlessly prepared loaf recipe; the Zucchini Loaf is a dish that you would surely love to talk about with us!
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peeled grated zucchini||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts/Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Beat eggs well, add sugar, vanilla and oil and mix well.
Mix dry ingredients together and add, together with dates and nuts.
Best done in electric mixer.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans 9x5 and bake about 1 hour at 350°.
Remove and cool on wire rack
