|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooking oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|White sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned pumpkin||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine sugar and oil in large bowl; beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add sifted dry ingredients (1/4 at a time).
Lastly add pumpkin and raisins.
Bake in a greased 9x5x3 pan at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Test for done ness.
