Braised Duck's Liver

Ingredients
  Ducks liver 1 3⁄4 Pound
  Lard 4 Ounce
  Onions 5 Ounce
  Green paprika 3
  Tomatoes/5 ounce lecso 2
  Salt To Taste
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the duck's livers into equal slices.
Fry finely chopped onions in hot lard till pale golden, add cored and sliced green paprika, fry it a little longer.
Then add the sliced duck's liver, salt, pepper, and fry over brisk heat.
Do not stir it, just shake the pan every now and then.
Add sliced tomatoes or lecso, simmer a short while, then stir in the paprika, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
