Liver And Vegetable Saute

Ingredients
  Sliced beef liver 1⁄2 Pound
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Small, cut into rings
  Canned stewed tomatoes 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Flour liver.
Heat liver in butter until brown on both sides, about 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients except lemon juice.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, simmer until liver is done, about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
