Edible Liver

Ingredients
  Beef liver 1 Pound
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
Directions

Slice liver into strips.
Dust with flour.
Mix soy sauce and water.
Saute onion in oil.
Add liver and brown quickly.
Reduce heat.
Stir in soy sauce mixture and cook until thickened.
